The company is a venture, which was pointed by Ningxia Yinchuan Machine Industry Department and it got help from Zhongjie Youyi Foundry (Liaoning Shenyang), and its original name is Changcheng Machine Tool Foundry. In 1986, this group was annexed and restructured into Changcheng Machine Manufacture Factory, and in 1998 it was converted into Chengcheng Machine Group Co.,Ltd, and changed name into Kocel Group Co., Ltd in 2003.
